In the wake of the devastating floods that struck Hyderabad, MIWF (Minhaj Interfaith and Welfare Foundation) has been tirelessly working to provide essential relief and support to the flood-affected families. The floods have caused extensive damage, leaving many families without homes and belongings.
MIWF's relief operations have focused on prioritizing assistance to those who have lost everything in this natural disaster. The relief efforts have been ongoing for the past two weeks, with MIWF teams working diligently to identify and aid the flood-hit families in Hyderabad. The affected areas where MIWF has provided relief goods include Yakhutpura, Jalpally Talab area, Aman Nagar, Al-Jubail colony, and Osman Nagar.
As of now, MIWF has successfully reached out to approximately 1300 families, offering them essential items and support during this difficult time. On October 26, 2020, MIWF's Hyderabad team took a significant step by distributing 130 ration kits, blankets, and floor mats to those in need. This distribution took place at Ashraful Madaris in the Yakhutpura area, which had been severely affected by the recent floods.
